Current Questions:

  * Can we connect with a "breezeway", or what do you require for it to be classified as an "addition".
  * Is there a website to see approximate costs of permits for different project classifications.
  * We have a 15' setback from the street. Can we put a covered porch in that area? Where does that 15' setback start? Is it foundation, is it the roof overhang, is etc etc etc?
  * Can we pull our foundation back to avoid the roots of the oak tree, then cantilever over so our house doesn't have a weird squiggle?
  * Does the old house need it's own electrical service?
