Get an existing conditions survey done. Tony is working on this.

Which permit are we trying to get? Addition? New construction? Cottage cluster? Duplex? Tony needs to have another meeting with city: what are the implications of doing an addition compared to new construction? Tell city what we are doing. Learn which permit we need to apply for? (Jake thinks our plans might end up being treated at duplex).
