Some room on the ground floor that is not a living space where event/travel supplies can be stored temporarily. -A plan to store hats, boots, shoes, coats, gloves, etc. (shoes cannot be all together in a bag) Ground floor mud room needs to be ADA compliant. front door does not lead into living space/hang out space (front door could lead to mud room, foyer, entry way, stairs, bathroom door)
